Lazy Food Co uses a combination of freeze-drying, natural blends of flavors from, and fantastic plant-proteins.
What is Freeze-Drying?
Freeze-drying is a process to remove all water from fresh vegetables, retaining the fiber, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. This application helps us retain 97% of vitamins and minerals from the fresh produce. And, taking the shelf-life of our products to 6-9 months to give the freshest taste without the need of preservatives. You can best-by date on the packaging.
