White Ragú: Peas & Potatoes with Chicken

The day we're feeling to add a little extra protein in our diet. Perfect recipe for your flexitarian habits. 

Feeds 2-3 People | 3-4 Minutes of prep time | 15-20 minutes of cooking time

Here's the stuff you need:

  • One Peas and Potatoes pouch 
  • Chicken (Thighs or breast) - 10.5 oz or 300 grams of diced pieces 
  • 600 grams (21 oz) of water
  • Two generous spoonfuls of parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Olive Oil

Let's get cookin'! Here's the step-by-step:

  1. Start by getting a small pot and setting your stovetop to high heat.
  2. Drizzle in some olive oil.
  3. Toss in some chicken pieces and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they're browned and delicious.
  4. Pour in water, bring it to a boil.
  5. Toss in a Peas and Potatoes Lazy pouch and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
  6. If you like your pasta a little softer, add a touch of water before adding the cheese.
  7. Drizzle in some more olive oil and add in some grated parmesan cheese. Mix until it's all incorporated.
  8. Let the pasta rest for a few minutes, then dig in! Enjoy!
